Shipping Details

Our jewellery is partially made-to-order. Therefore, please do allow 5 to 7 working days for your item to be made and dispatched.   You will receive an email regarding delivery once your order has been processed. If you don’t receive an email within 1 working day of placing your order, please contact us. 

Domestic Shipping (within United Kingdom) - We offer shipping within the UK with an estimated delivery time frame of 1 – 4 working days.

  • Royal Mail Signed For First Class : This is a signed for delivery service. You'll receive an email when your order has been dispatched with a reference to track your order on the Royal Mail website.

 

  •  Royal Mail Special Delivery : This is a next day delivery guaranteed delivery service. You'll receive and email when your order has been dispatched with a reference to track your order on the Royal Mail website.

International Shipping We offer worldwide shipping to all countries around the world with an estimated delivery time frame of 14 – 21 working days.

  • Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed : All international orders are sent using a tracked and signed for service. The delivery aim is 14 days but please allow up to 21 working days for your order to arrive. You'll receive an email when your order has been dispatched with a reference to track your order on the Royal Mail website. International orders may incur additional customs or import duty charges depending on the destination country and these costs are not covered by us, making you responsible to pay for the cost - This varies between countries. Before placing your orders, please confirm with your your local customs office to find out how much these charges will be. 

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All pieces on the website are partially made-to-order and are non-refundable. However, you can exchange it for something else within 30 days of receiving your piece of jewellery. We offer refunds and exchange to unused and unworn items which are still in its original package. Shipping costs back to me will be at your own cost. 

 

Due to health and safety policy, items worn or used will cannot be returned nor exchanged. We are not responsible for lost items sent back to us.

If you are not happy with the quality of the products or the service you receive from us, please send an email to contact us. to enable us resolve any issues effectively. You are important to us.
